Director
Annie Varghese is an efficient, enthusiastic and a passionate Teacher by profession, equipped with ‘Post Graduation’ in ‘English Language’ and ‘Graduation’ in ‘Educational Training’. She has more than 11 years of experience in teaching students from school level to graduate and post-graduate engineering students in India and abroad. She is a very conscientious teacher. She can hold a good rapport with all involved. She works sincerely and she possesses a pleasant and respectful personality. Her ability to organize social events, camps and dramatic skits are worthy. She is good in delivering speeches. She is passionate in developing awareness material and eco-literature, and her extracurricular involvement in environmental advocacy and volunteerism is a strength to the workforce. She is not diffident in taking risks. She has a good sense towards music and plays violin and is also an artist too.
Environmental Specialist and Educator
Marita D’Mello is a Medical Microbiologist and has a fetish for teaching. She strives to give her best in every situation, her favorite quote being, “I may pass this way, but once. So let me do all the good I can in all the possible ways I can, for I may never pass this way again”. She has served as Microbiologist, a Diagnostic Laboratory Chief and as an educator. While she taught in a reputed high school, she worked with teenagers to bring about awareness in society on the misuse of Antibiotics, something she is very passionate about. The event was a grand success and highly appreciated by the medical fraternity. Marita is creative and has flare for writing and poetry. Nature Photography is another of her interests.
Public Relation Associate
Shejo Issac is a sincere young enthusiastic self who is an asset for the Institute and possesses a very creative, talented and charming personality to converse with. He is easy going and adventurous too. He is admirable in maintaining public relationship with a great smile. His listening skill and determination is a positive feature. His practical output is praise worthy. His technical training and experiences in public interaction would be useful for his task. He is capable of taking up crucial roles in perfectly managing coordination with clients and among the staff. He is in charge of Public Relation. He has an ability to ensure whether project proceeds on schedule and meets their set targets. He is noted for his volunteer participation for several organizations committed to good work and social development. He enjoys travelling, socializing and involving in community works.
There is also an increasing attention on effectiveness of modeling and simulation in fields such as science, engineering, technology, systems theory, and knowledge visualization. Simulation is used with scientific modeling of systems to gain insight into their functioning. There is growing collection of methods, techniques and meta-theory about all kinds of specialized modeling. Our aim is to provide model and simulation results that are tractable, capable, valid, representative of the original situation and provide solution.

Awareness program is an integral part of the InDEE’s movement that is provoked with an ideology which evokes the necessity and responsibility of mankind to respect, protect, and preserve the natural world from its anthropogenic afflictions. Through our programs, our goal is to raise the awareness of the society, the public and other key stakeholders about the presence of problems in our environment and community and to increase the understanding of the important role we can play in solving the problems.
To define awareness and initiate awareness programs we first understand the problems, vulnerability of our environment and society and the importance of its protection. Thereafter, by creating alertness to our friends and family that our surroundings are delicate, fragile and indispensable we can begin fixing the problems that threaten it.
Once we have chosen our mission and figured out the right beneficial activities, we share it with the world through our community, friends, and society involved. With our awareness programs and practices we provide strong foundation for stewardship.
We believe that the more informed the public will be they play a significant role in helping to prevent events and actions that cause damage to the fragile surroundings and them.

Jyoti Nair has been working as a Lecturer of Social Sciences at Arab Open University since 2004 and is also a Quality Assurance Specialist. Currently, he is with the department of Computer Science of the Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT) – Brazil, where he is the elected president of the Human Research Ethics Committee. He is also the founder of: the Software Development Nucleus (NDS – “Núcleo de Desenvolvimento de Software”); the Graduate Program of Computational Modeling of Systems; the Graduate Program of Health and Science Education. Since their creation he is the director of the first and the third, and the vice-director of the second. He has over 15 years of experience with Project Management regarding research and development, and with academic publications in medicine, computer science, social science and education, all this because of his interest in interdisciplinary research.

Dr. Tatjana Ćebović graduated Biochemistry and Chemistry at the Faculty of Sciences in Novi Sad and Master of Biochemical Sciences degree. In 2008, she got the PhD degree of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Medical Biochemistry) at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Belgrade, Serbia. Ćebović began her career as a Junior Researcher at the Faculty of Sciences, and continued as a Researcher at the Clinical centre of Vojvodina and a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad. Now she is Associate Professor and Head of the Biochemistry Department at the Faculty of Medicine and Chief of the Biochemistry Institute of the Clinical Centre of Vojvodina in Novi Sad. She published a number of scientific papers in International Journals and gave lectures at a number of international conferences. Her research interests are focusing on biochemistry, pharmacology and toxicology, cancer research, phytotherapy, natural products and functional foods and clinical trials.
